We work with a wide range of businesses, from start-ups and small businesses to established companies that need a stronger brand, website or online presence. Each project is shaped around the business, rather than using one fixed style or approach. You can also view our featured design projects to see examples of work across different sectors.
No. Alongside full branding and website projects, we can also help with smaller updates, one-off consultations, Wix support, website improvements, content changes and design tasks. This means you can get support at the level your business actually needs through our additional support services.
This depends on the project, but helpful starting points include your current logo if you already have one, a link to your existing website, business information, images, written content if you already have it, or we can provide the website copy for you, examples or inspiration of styles and websites you like, and your goals for the project. Not sure where to start? Don't worry if you are unsure what to send, as we can guide you through the process when you get in touch.
Projects are priced around what you need, whether that is a new website, a full brand identity or a combination of both. Costs can vary depending on the level of design work, the number of pages or brand assets required, any additional features, content, advanced SEO or ongoing support.

Yes. Projects are led personally by Tanya or one of the Get Fresh Brands team, which means you have a clear point of contact throughout. This helps keep communication simple and makes sure the design direction stays consistent from the first ideas through to completion. You can learn more about our design approach on the About page.
Yes, while we’re based in Leeds, we work with clients across the UK and internationally. Most projects are done remotely, and it usually just comes down to what works best. For UK clients, that’s calls and email. For international projects, it’s often WhatsApp and a bit more email to workaround time zones. Either way, the process stays the same and you still get the same level of input and care throughout. If you’d like to talk through a project, you can get in touch with us directly.
It depends on what you’re looking to do. Smaller projects can be turned around in a few days, while for full brand or website projects you should allow 6-8 weeks.
We’ll always set a clear timeline at the start so there are no surprises. You can view our featured design projects to see examples of the work we create.
